Subject: A
"well do you love me?"
"…ask me in the next life…"
her body glistened like nail polish
and when her mouth began to wrinkle into a smile
her braces began to rust into crumbs along her picket fence teeth
and her breath began to whistle between the once small gaps on her gums as she breathed.
I said..
"you are nothing more than a used body with meaningless hieroglyphics"
she tries her best to convince me she was once a pretty real estate
once the soil aged fertile
I could taste her sap & pine as they let out endorphins in the air
to be remembered
to be forgotten
my body made a promise to her that my heart couldn't keep
she kept me in one of the four chambers of her heart
she said,
"I never finish what I start,
make my flower bloom... I'll tear apart
my razor burns (with a peach skin blemish)
...you drive my harmonies through the soft tar street demented
I kissed her like a queen bee
then she broke out into hives
and she tasted of the surplus wax of a yellow jacket
while her main sliver became wet.
...she demanded i pollenate her like a dandelion
we began to lock lips and exchange mouths as i laid her down onto the bed. her skin began to deflate around her ribs, as her stomach started canyoning into a ravine along her pelvis. in the dark, i could make out her features of her inside by the shadows of her bones. her pheromones began to attract my body as i worked my kisses around her neck. i felt her skin breakout with goosebumps that i would read like braille with my fingertips. i could feel her breath warm the room with carbon minoxide.
she began to hum songs
and odd out of tune symphonies...
as we kissed her tongue spoke riddles
as mine circled twisters
she began to stutter like a machine
machine gun.
while her muscles became like after shocks when
she .
came
as i held her bone-like pelvis:
i cut myself to the sharp curves of her body
i ran to towards the bathroom
-only to find myself-
...lost my way on her fingerprint
....from the grease!
....from the hair!
..from a regular!
.from a minor!
(a man she learned to love)
..from a diner!
i could hear her through the bathroom*
